 Chadwick Aaron Boseman was an American actor and producer. He played several historical figures, such as Jackie Robinson in 42 (2013), James Brown in Get on Up (2014), and Thurgood Marshall in Marshall (2017). His role as the superhero Black Panther in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films, including in Black Panther (2018), made him an international star, winning him a NAACP Image Award and a Screen Actors Guild Award.

Boseman graduated in 2000 from Howard University, a historically Black college in Washington, DC. While there, he also attended the British American Drama Academy at Oxford in 1998. With his entrance to the Marvel Universe he becomes popular as T'Challa, the King of Wakanda and the eldest child of T'Chaka and Ramonda or with his super hero name "The Black Panther". Black Panther was the first superhero film to get a nomination for best picture at the Oscars. He also played the same role in other Marvel films Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. This emotional character reached the hearts of Marvels fans where he will be memorable forever.

Boseman’s cause of death was colon cancer, which he battled in secret over the past four years. He passed away on 28th August at the age of 43 leaving Black Panther as a memorable character to Marvel Studios.
